The Souza Silva Group was created in 2012 with the merger of two large companies in the follow-up of technical assistance in hemodialysis equipment, automatic capillary reprocessing and reverse osmosis.
We combine the experience acquired in more than 15 years of work with the equipment provided by the main manufacturers in Brazil, acting with professionalism and extensive knowledge in preventive maintenance, corrective, reconditioning, purchase and sale of equipment for hemodialysis in all national and foreign territory.
Pioneering
The Souza Silva Group is one of the pioneers in Brazil and abroad to offer the services of reconditioning parts and parts of hemodialysis equipment.
This need has been generated due to demand from dialysis centers in acquiring parts and parts for maintenance and replacement of equipment, as well as to reduce maintenance costs, thus maintaining the continuous and full operation of its equipment serving effectively to patients with insuficiêINSTANCE renal or acute renal failure.

All our services are guaranteed because they are performed by qualified professionals, the procedures performed, and parts used in maintenance are recorded in work orders and controlled through management software in our customer service center.
Ourreconditioning services follow a rigorousqualitycontrolthrough technical analysis in the laboratory with sophisticated methods, later tested in our own equipment simulating real conditions of use before being sent back to you client.
Traceability, all refurbished items are identified for warranty follow-up.

The Souza Silva Group is registered in the CREA class - the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy of the State of São Paulo, which is the largest professional practice supervision board in Latin America and probably one of the largest in the world, all to bring more credibility, trust and transparency to all our customers.
All our technicians working in hemodialysis clinics, veterinary and hospitals have the minimum technical training to perform the services provided, as well as the professional registration in CREA.
